AI-Powered Structuring of Foundations
With this button, you can access the Foundaxis AI, trained with thousands of foundation configurations developed by structural engineers. The Foundaxis AI generates four alternative proposals, each of which allows you to adjust the sensibility parameter between 1 and 7. In this way, the AI can deliver up to 28 different configurations for your foundations. These proposals include strip and mat foundations as required by the design, and they also automatically group isolated foundations according to their dimensions.

The different foundation configuration proposals can be adjusted through four parameters located at the top of the dialog:

Max Static Tension: the allowable soil bearing tension for static loads.

Max Dynamic Tension: the allowable soil bearing tension for dynamic loads (e.g., seismic, wind, etc.).

Min Compression Area: the minimum percentage of each foundation that must remain in contact with the soil. This parameter directly controls the uplift allowed for the foundation. El valor por defecto de 80% indica que se permite un levantamiento del 20% del área de la fundación.

Lateral Restriction: indicates whether the lateral confinement of the soil should be considered in the foundation design.
